Does any thing here look like herpes? about 5 days i had diahhrea and since then i have had a very itchy anus and now it appears red. i have never had sex with someone who was known positive, and i also have not had any sexual contact at all in over a year. also never had anyone ever touch my anus in any way. but this is the 2nd time ever i have had such an itchy anus and it appears red. i cannot tell if those are scabs on my anus or if i just have really bad hygiene down there even though this picture is right after a shower. if they are scabs it may be from me furiously itching it over the last 5 days. but does this look like herpes? theres no actual pain, my butt just feels sore so maybe like a hemmeroid? let me know what you think please and thank you. i can answer any other questions you may have!
