Months I've had gas pain in stomach,back and other places. I get cramps and stomachaches with diarrhea sometimes. Today I passed gas and tmi sorry some poop and miscue like clear stuff came out in underwear the was tiny bit of blood. Never had that before. I'm hoping it just ibs I always thought I had that and since I have anxiety makes sense. I'm scared if it's not ibs worried it's colon cancer or ulcerative colitis. I'm 29 year old female and I'm very worrried please help
If the blood is bright red it may be haemorrhoids or fissures. However, you should see your doctor because of the blood and ask for a fecal calprotectin test which looks for inflammation in your colon which could indicate IBD.
This is how much ulcerative colitis started. It's worth getting checked out.
Generally a wiping or drip of light, bright red blood may just be a pile or something.
If you are suffering Gas, cramps, and tummy aches you need to see your GP.
Tests may need to be taken and your GP can make that decision
