I feel soo down extra worse this wk, just feel so low, n i cant relax and i have no one who cares , i feel soo alone and im scared that i might say too much to certain people so im keeping talking to a minimal.

Just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. Things that helped me when I dealt with similar issues was deep belly breathing (Youtube it). It really does help. Remember, there is ALWAYS someone who cares. Sure, it may be difficult finding that person who you feel comfortable enough to talk to.. but someone and a lot of people care. 

I'd advise you to type in "Therapists in _______" (your location). You then can send them an email or call them and get an appointment! Most of the time, the appointment is free (at first). This really, really helped me a lot. Remember, I'm a 24 year old college athlete (male) who has dealt with a lot in his life, but the fact I was willing to seek help (posted on here which you've already done) and go see someone really changed my life. It isn't weird, it isn't awkward and it sure as hell isn't wrong to go and talk to a therapist. Reach out. I promise, everything will be fine.

Another option is going to see your normal doctor, they can prescribe you something to take the edge off until you go see someone to talk to.

I may know what you mean. Don't do it life is never easy but it will get better. I may not know when but with help it can. Therapy, Omega supplements, meditate, breathing exercises, walk, exercise. Hope you feel better. People do care. 🙏

 I agree with Tyler. You need someone to talk to in person and a counselor  has so much experience with this and could really help you! 

 I know that feeling of feeling low and alone. It's a terrible feeling but when I went to a counselor it really helped to turn things around.  The counselor cares because that is why they went into that profession. They care about people and want to help. 

 we also care on the site here but can't do much more than offer our support. 

 you may find some comfort in listening to some meditations on YouTube for depression, feeling alone, just about anything you want is on there.

Hi Ayesha you are feeling low so you feel alone and isolated.You could be surrounded by people who care and feel that no one does that is the nature of depression and anxiety.Reach out and ask for help from a therapist or doctor and get the help you need.

Hi everyone, i have got an assessment for for therapy next wk and also see my gp, its just dragging and i've been like this for a long time and had enough.

Hang in there. I been there. I was flat on my back thinking I was going to die from anxiety (plus!) It slowly got better 2 years out now and I can still function. I am better its like making a sand pile one shovel at a time, it takes time. I pray and hope you get better.
