Just went to the doctors for my first weigh in since taking the tablets. I've only been on them for 3 weeks, but had to go this week, becuse I'm on holiday next week.
I lost 9lbs in the last 3 weeks! am very pelased with that :o)

I really did try very very hard, but it's been fine, I'd really recommend the little blue pills 
I know my weight loss won't always be this gtreat, but it's given me the boost I need to keep going!

Well done, what a great start. I've still got 4 weeks before my first weigh in but I might try to bring it forward as it will mean I've been on them 5 weeks by then.
