I was recently prescribed orlistat by my doctor, just before christmas. I've struggled to stick to it over the festive period and my 1st weigh in is on the 16th January. I figure that I've got 2 weeks to work hard at it and hopefully I will lose some weight. I've got a lot to lose and see this as make or break. It's really comforting to know there are other people out there going through the same thing.
hiya goodluck on your first weigh in im sure you will do fine, it is hard over holiday periods ... but im sure you have done better than you think im only on week two so not had my first weigh in either.
Eeek the toilets at work are broken, all the water pipes are frozen! Not sure what I'm gona do if I suddenly need the toilet!? Been eating heathily but still some \"problems\", mainly a bit of orange oil. It appears that it doesn't matter what I eat this still happens.
Does anyone else suffer from the same problem? I have noticed that the better I eat the better I'm feeling in general, less bloated etc!

I done really well over the xmas and new yr period..its only been after new year that I have put on!!!! only got just over a week before my next weigh in..don't think I will have lost anything...(if I have stayed the same I will be happy I think)
I too have been a really good girl over the festive period and only had 1 chocolate - but this week back at work everyone has started the usual january diets and brought in all their old chocs that they don't want and I've been eating them - oh no why do I do it ????!!!!????!!!! :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :oops: :oops: :oops:
Still they've nearly all gone now and so tomorrows a brand new day and not getting weighed until 19th so got week and half to work it off.
