I'm not sure off your insurance will allow you as you won't off been signed off by consultant hun.
My consultant told me 8 weeks as the stitches are still present..no swimming in pool and sea due to infection before the 8 wks.
1month is such early days.. I was still just resting at that time and my recovery was so straight forwArd hun.
You will need to ask your surgeon this question hunx
