Ive had these bumps on my scrotum and shaft of penis for a while and I am not sure if I am just noticing them more now or if more are appearing, they don't sting or itch regularly and are mainly only visible when the skin is stretched out. Hair is also growing out of them which makes me think they are normal but I am very paranoid about things like this. please respond ASAP!
