Foreskin HPV or just normal pimples

Hello everyone, I'm feeling so stressed about this variation of skin on my foreskin, im not sure if its a genital wart or just normal pimples/bumps. (see pictures ) I had previously genital warts in the base of my penis but got cleared that's why im super anxious about it. im 27 yo and not sexually active (latest sexual experience was in june 2019) Thank you in advance
