Have had unprotected sex in the past but have now been in a committed relationship for years.
I don't think it is wart or skin tag. See a gynecologist, it's probably nothing.
I can't really tell from the picture as it is a bit blurry. However, what I see looks like the natural convolution of the vagina. Have it checked out.
