When God created human he also created all things a human needed to stay alive and healthy . From the meats and vegetables we eat to the ground we walk on has benefits to our overall well being , vitamins and electrolytes function our whole body ,without them we can not function or we die ,plain and simple ! If one of these vitamins or minerals are deficient or overload our bodies are thrown into an unbalanced state . One of the main symptom of unbalanced is Anxiety .. Anxiety isnt a disorder that you were born with that you can not overcome . The sun shine or supplements is the ONLY way you get the recommended vitamin D your body needs . Vitamin D is a Pro Hormone that has a function in your whole body and in ever cell . Without the accurate levels your body goes into havoc , causing symptoms from aches to hallucinations / schizophrenic ! God also created different electromagnetism in the earth that benefits our health . This technique is called EARTHING . Its simple . Its all works together for our health benefits ... Im not a health freak that suggest you not see a doctor when needed , nor am i one against medicines . But sometimes natural is all you need . These natural elements are in supplements ,making it easy access to better health . God created all things for a reason . Thank-you!!! I drink a ton of water (always thristy) and take supplements but anxiety is sky high due to the holiday. --Even magnesium at night so I can sleep peacefully. I try to swim twice a week. Got my hair and nails done last week (self-care). I do crave junk which I cave into some times but do my best to have a spinich smoothie instead. UGH I know Dec 26th I will crash and finally get that sleep I need.

Hi Lee ,indeed get your levels checked ,fir your health and wellbeing . Yes B12 , B6 and Folate helps a great deal with Anxiety . If you are experiencing stomach issues with your anxiety , eat a bland diet a few days along with drinking aloe vera juice . Best wishes for you

New studies have shown vitamin D3 is a miracle supplement due to the facts it has cured many elements ,including panic / anxiety disorder . It is indeed vital to a humans wellbeing !
