Head anxiety? Or sinus/tension issues?

For the past month I've been suffering from brain fog(Derealization/Numbness/Spaced out/Hazey head/it's hard to concentrate/Lightheadedness/I feel like I'm almost high and I just don't feel mental clarity anymore) and it's been all day everyday it does improve at certain times of the day but it never leaves. I noticed I can't be on the computer too long if the lights are bright.. And my ears are sensitive to loud sounds. Sometimes if I try to stretch my face or jaws.. I will

Get head pressure/tension. I already have lots of tension in my face so I feel that could be the reason. But for 2 weeks my ears has been ringing 24/7 and I'm getting worried. When I went to the doctor I told him and he didn't even bother checking my ears.. He said I'm probably getting sick or fighting a virus?

I went to 4 doctors total and did lots of tests and they blamed stress and anxiety. I noticed my jaw/mouth/face area is constantly tensed.. Aswell as my forhead and shoulders/legs/arms and feels nervous. Is this the reason? Is my body just so stressed that it's causing anxiety symptoms of the ringing ears/brain fog/Sensitivity to light and loud sounds? No matter what I do to relax it will not leave.. This is horrible.

Know how you feel it's horrible

how long did it take for you to see an improvement? Anything specific help?

I've been suffering with this for over a year. I had suspected Labyrinthitis (a viral inner ear infection) in April 2015 and I've never been right since. But I'm also an anxiety sufferer so that probably doesn't help my symptoms. Maybe suggest to your doctor about an ear infection? Ear infections can make you feel really awful!

I'm so sorry to hear that I know anxiety can make everything worse he said if theirs no pain or irritation theirs no ear infection. Idk
