Hi ...i have been written many post about my heart problem and anxiety.
Dr said i hv anxiety.
Now please I want your kind opinion about my new problem. From last night i m feeling my heart is heavy. Feels my throught is closing. And it is so difficult for me to eat anything. When i eat its feel that my heart has difficulty in pumping and it will stoped. Please help me out what is this. I hv no stomach problem or gastric problem. I m very much afraid of it.
It's just anxiety stop thinking bout it but if it's worrying you go n see ya doctor

Hi Hun I get tht if I eat a big meal I sometimes get pain in chest and feels tight etc I’ve recently developed an irregular heart beat it’s missing beats etc every few mins it’s horrible I did go to get it checked at a n e I wasn’t in a panic just wanted to see why it was diibgbit as was a bit worried all they did was bloods chest x Ray they did a ecg which took about 60 secs and it didn’t do it while I was attached to it so they sent me home and said they will give me an appointment for a 24 hour monitor. . Thts sept 4 th so I’m going to worry till then grrrr . Has anyone else had palpitations miss beats every few mins. It’s really horrible thank u for reading my moan. X
Do u hv heart problem before. Ur age please. I m 37. Always worry. Many dr checked me. Pain in chest. Unhappy life. Dont know its heart problem or stomach problem.
I’m 54 Hun recently had a heart scan as doc said I had a murmur but scan came back clearvbut he wanted a ct scan to and 24 hr tape thn I have now got constant palps and having to wait for this tape scary isn’t it x
When you focus on sensations in your body that you have anxiety about it worsens them. I used to focus a lot on my heart and the way it would beat and also the way I would breathe.
