idk whether this is herpes or ingrown hairs or razor bumps.. I have a massive bump that goes under the skin but its hard and painful PLEASE HELP

i have the same thing but mines from waxing for the first time...it just looks like a boil/blister use hot Compress. these houw mines lookimageimage

so its not herpes? just from shaving? I noticed these after i shaved for the first time in a long time.

i just got tested not to long ago but it came back negative but i did have a new sexual partner but i was with them 2 days ago so idk if its related to that. its a hard bump that goes under the skin
