HELP! Oral Herpes or chapped lips? (Please answer)

I can’t tell if my lips are just chapped because I haven’t been drinking water lately or if I have herpes. There are red cracks and bumps.

By the look of it that’s dried skin and not herpes, herpes would appear at the edges of your lips, not at the center plus you would have gotten blisters..

I agree, I think it’s just dry skin. happens to me in winter
