Help please! Are these HPV warts? (pic included)

I have noticed these bumps on the inner part of my vulva. It's really itchy sometimes. I have an appointment on Friday but I am really worried. Could these be HPV warts? Or does it look like herpes? It doesnt hurt though, it just feels super itchy. Sorry for the graphic picture and thank you for your answers!!

it doesnt look like warts or herpes to me. more like VP. which is normal. is that thick clumpy white discharge or tissue? itchiness could be a yeast infection.
