Hello! I've been lately stressed about having hiv. I had oral 1.5 years ago and was engaged in deep kissing a couple of times during that time aswell.After 1.5 years all of a sudden out of no where i had the frequent urge to urinate which subsided after a week or two leaving my urethral meatus red. After this episode i started feeling shortness of breath and then i got sick with slight fever and flu. during this time i found swollen lymph nodes in the submental area of neck and left side of neck which are no more than 0.3 cm ,not to mention i still have them after 3 months. My muscles would hurt when i would wake up for another week or two. I was under stress aswell during that time. Now after 3 months after masterbating i started to pee frequently aswell due to the itching of the urethral meautus. now that the peeing has become a little under controlled ive started to have frequent headaches and i get exhausted from little exertion while feeling my heartbeat in head. Ive noticed that urinating makes my penis itchy. Could this be hiv? I am very anxious about health. Please give your valuable input.
Humm, if it was just kissing and oral I highly doubt it would be HIV. Any rashes or discharge? To me it sounds an awful lot like mono. Only seeing a doctor and being tested would tell for sure. As far as saliva unless the person was hiv positive and had bleeding gums is extremely unlikely to pass via saliva, it would be present in parts per billion and you would need to consume a couple gallons of infected saliva to have a chance. At least from what I have been told.
Hi john, you shouldnt worry about hiv so much because the concentration of HIV virus is so small in saliva (lowest of all bodily fluids), and to me it seems that you have urinary infection or diabetes (frequent urination), i highly suggest you to go to the doctor and check your blood for hiv, just to make sure and to treat the infection quickly if there is. I hope you do feel better soon.
