I'm no expert but I've had this for years and though it was a normal thing .. Looked online and it apears not..a white substance is inside the outer layer of the penis sometimes and comes out of this hold in bits.. I had one on each side years ago but now only have the 1? I can end up having a layer of almost dry skin? which if i wet my finger I can roll over and wipe it off. Hope someone has seen this before and knows what it is / if its serious. Thanks
It could be some form of hypospadias, but it wouldn't be a standard case. I don't think it's serious, but I'd get it checked out. If you've had it for years without it changing, then I'd be surprised if any treatment was required, but the docs may have some recommendations about how to keep it clean.
You could either go to your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Although I'm not medically skilled as such I would say that as this appears to me judged by your photos, it really is nothing to worry about. The skin on the sides of your fremulum creates this little hole and we all get some buildup in that area anyway, even if you might get some more your penis seem absolutely healthy. Just try to clean it and don't worry any further, as it's not going to get any worse, it's like that from the start for certain. :-) This has nothing to do with hypospadias, as one other member suggests. You've been this way for years for certain and it's really no need to do anything about it.
Judging by that second image, a mild form of glanular hypospadias definitely seems a possibility to me.
