For the last 24 hours ive been having alternating hot flashes and cold spells and I dont know why. Last night at work I got very hot, skin red and sweaty, i tend to run very hot so this wasent abnormal. But then when I went home and stopped moving around I got very cold and chilled. this morning I woke up and was very cold then hot when i came home from school. then i was cold again and now im burning up. The thermometer says my body temperature is normal tho. I do have a laundry list of health problems including anixiety, IBS, anemia, being chronically dizzy, and a lot of other stuff, so I really dont know why this would be happening and im getting a little worried.
