Fordyce spots, totally harmless. See your GP to be sure but I wouldnt stress.
Thank you for taking a clear photo it was easy to tell, most people on here upload a single blurry photo and ask for an exact diagnosis.
hey thank you for your reply i am more concerned about the vaginal cavity walls. I don't remember them looking so uneven as they do now. is there a possibility of a wart there? or do I just remember my bits looking different? 😃 it's so hard to judge coz vaginas are so individual

You cant see your vaginal wall from the photo you uploaded, thats a photo of the outside of your vagina. Of course you can get HPV on your cervix and vaginal walls, thats why they do a pap smear. Its not difficult to tell if you provide clear photos and a symptom list! If you want me to take a look, take a few clear photos and ill give it my best shot. Please not not take a super close up photo this does not help(stds are obvious). If you are worried about HPV inside your vagina please see your doctor and get a pap smear!
My best guess is you are referring to hymenal tags which are completely normal!
