hi, im 22 years old guy, i had oral sex before 2 months., and last month i saw small white and red colour bumps on my penis. there are 10-15 small white and red coloured bumps around my penis. not on same spot tho. it doesnt icth or pain. and also i have one on my testicles. could this be a std and also im sperm looks light yellowish colour, im really worried about this. im in situation where i cant get checked up . pls someone help.
the color signs of discharge shows infection. Most likely gonnerrhea or chlymidea (however you spell them) . for a male discharge should not be that color. and as far as the spots it could be herpes as there is multiple lesions.. but im not sure .. you should try to start wearing protection as it helps prevents infections.. try to go to a doctor to get treatment.. i mean this in the nicest way .. its not a good idEA to be sexually active if you cant get check ups or see a doctor. take care of your body .. its your temple. hope this helps
the lesions are all same size and in different places . it doesnt itch or pain. i wish its not herpes. can chlamydia and herpes come together? thanks for ur reply and care.
