Is this a anxiety symptom??

I suffer from health anxiety Is acid reflux and left sided back pain from top off shoulder going all way down to just under rib cage a symptom off anxiety? I do shake and tense a lot when I do have a anxiety attack.. x

is acid reflux i had the same pain and had ultra sounds done and it was acid build up causing pain with anxiety does cause a lot of acid reflux problems

Feels like a fullness feeling or like a lump or something is in my chest just below breastbone.. because I have health anxiety I panic and over think everything thinking it's something bad when I know deep down it's just acid.. x

i completely get it im the same way! yess thats acid reflux i had the same exact feeling and i was tested and it turned out to be acid no worries i know i have health anxiety too its terrible we can fight this

we can bill your right I'm only 29 and can't believe I'm like this only started with healthy anxiety over the past year It's horrible..

10 years apart im 19 so we are very young ive had it for 5 months now and i cant take anymore of it i feel so horrible when i hear people have een dealing with it for years its not fair we dont deserve it but we can get through this

for anxiety? no i used too but i stopped i didnt like the way it made me feel i have been without pills for 4 months and its hard but seeing a therapist helps a lot and self help and meditation is the best even exercise exercise for 30 minutes is the same effect as a pill

I take propranolol when I need to not needed to for months now.. they offered me antidepressants but I wouldn't take them.. all left side off my back is in bits top to bottom is that due to my acid reflux.. iv got a bad habit off giggling stuff and the worst always seems to come up and panics me more x
