no pain (even when peeing), soreness, swolen lymph nodes, flu like symptoms, etc. does not hurt when i press down.
recently started growing out my pubic hair about 2 weeks ago. could it be an ingrown? i had been shaving multiple times per week prior

You didn’t mention if you had any sex recently or if there was any puss or fluid build up.
You mentioned that you have been shaving your hair and now you’re letting it grow …
To me, it looks like an ingrown hair bump.
From my experience, (I’m in my 40s now), when I shave it regularly then let it grow back in, I will sometimes get one/a few bumps where the hair grows.
I will take a wash cloth with warm water and put it on the area as a compress to let the warmth open up the pore(s). And sometimes I will take my fingernail and kinda scratch it to try to get the hair to poke through the skin. After doing that, it will do a little scab and then heals up.
If in doubt, go to a doctor and get checked out.
