I had a laposic surgery on Thursday along with a adhesion surgery. I have not had a.bm yet and phoned up the ward for advice as well as my pain not good. Was told to keep off oromph but keep on with parcetmol and ibropfen. Eating rich fibre diet and lots of fluids. Have been recommended senna or movicol.when I can get some. I am trying to strain but feel the pain worse and getting a bit stressed. How long shall I give it before contacting the hospital again
Also.anyome else had scar adhesion surgery how long were you in pain for afterwards?
