Menstruation-cloudy urine? Or infection?

Hi, I'm 16 and lately, I've been getting anxiety about UTI. Or even cancer! It started with frequent urination but I noticed that yesterday and today, the feeling of needing to go constantly went away! Like, I still need to pee sometimes but doesn't have this feeling that my bladder is pressured. Could it be because I wasn't thinking too much about it or stressing? I was actually pretty relaxed yesterday. And now im wondering if menstruation can cause back pain, well basically, pelvic pain, all around. I also noticed that my pee is a little cloudy today too! This morning, it was still light yellow and completely transparent like always. But I had bad bad bad cramps in my pelvic region. And slight pain in my lower back. And then around noon, my period came. I noticed that since my period came, my pee got more "cloudy". And as always, turn the urine red. Im pretty sure the blood is not mixed with the urine (coming out of the urthera) when I was peeing. The pee coming out was kinda a darker yellow then this morning but nothing I've never had before. And then in the other *ahem* "hole" of my...vagina, came the blood. It was when the blood and urine kinda mixed was when I noticed the urine getting a little cloudy. Does anyone get this? Is it normal? I also have not drank a lot of water today at all, barely a bottle. The cloudy urine I do get sometimes when on my period. Not always but quite often when I'm on my period. Yes, pain. Lots of pain. Not pain from peeing but whenever im on my period, I get pain. Like my boobs hurt, my lower back hurts, my pelvic region cramps. My face already has 3 pimples. But seriously, is this all just my period? Idk why I'm suddenly curious now. Like all of this has been happening since I first got my period. Actually, I blame anxiety.

It's weird because a lot of what you wrote I feel like I could have written myself. I've been getting the bladder pressure and pelvic pain ect but I can't figure out what it is. I don't have a water infection because I've been tested for it. As for the period symptoms, I'm actually having mine now and I can get pain anywhere every time I'm on my period. Stomach pain, back pain, leg pain, pelvic pain you name it so I would say that's normal even if you never experienced it before. I always get blood in my urine as well but this happens to me every time I'm on so I don't even bat an eyelid so it's probably nothing to worry about, maybe your periods are just getting worse. I'm not too sure about the cloudy urine. I know being dehydrated can change the color of your urine though but I can't remember if it makes it cloudy or dark. If you're worried though you could see your doctor, they might ask you for a water sample to test for a water infection. Good luck

I had an exam a little over a week ago, maybe 9 days (not full physical but I didn’t have to take urine test idk why). Everything came back clear. I get all these period symptoms all the damn time! None of the symptoms are really anything new, I’m just suddenly curious now they’ve been going on for years. The cloudy urine, I don’t really pay attention to a lot but I do remeber that when I’m on my period, my urine would get bloody/cloudy. Luckily, someone can relate

Periods are the worse they cause so many problems haha.
