Need help identifying bumps on buttocks

So, i had unprotected sex around two and a half weeks ago and after that i've had tingling on my face, hands and occasionally feet without any other symptoms. Last nigh i noticed these weird bumps on my butt and im not sure if they're pimples or herpes. Help? They're not painful and the area hasn't hurt or tingled before the bumps appeared.

Has anyone else had similar looking bumps?

I have bumps on my butt too, but they are not because of unsafe sex. I’m not a professional, but they don’t look like herpes, they look like pimples. Anyway, you should take an STD test or go to a dermatologist.
