Need help, not sure what is happening or what 2 do.

Hi!  I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in December 2013.  At that time I was treated with 3 months worth of Minocycline and a very limited amount of the C****n p*****l.  I had 2 come off the Minocycline due 2 the fact I had had c-diff three times that year.  Since that time I haven't treated my Lyme Disease as I have been attempting 2 come off all the psych meds they had me on which I also was reacting badly to.  I have now been off all psych meds 4 11 weeks (Gabapentin - 2 years), (Zoplicone 2 years), (Seroquel 11 months) and (Remeron 11 weeks).  I am still having horrendous symptoms and I can't tell whether they r from the Lyme Disease or the w/d as they r very similar.  My symptoms r:  burning, tingling, numbness, vibrations throughout body and head, chronic insomnia (no sleep most nights sometimes 4 1-2 weeks), adrenaline surges, depersonalization/derealisation, fear of going insane or dropping dead, fear of not being able 2 recover etc.  I am confused as I don't know whether to just finish going through the extremely debilitating w/d from the poisons or 2 start treating the Lyme Disease now.  I am terrified if I start now and have a really bad herx along with the w/d symptoms I may not b able 2 cope with it.  Please, can anyone shed some light on this before I totally lose my mind.  Thank you.
