Painless white patch on penis glans. GP doesn't know what it is?

Hello everyone. For about a month now I have developed those white patches on my penis glans. They're just between frenulum and the glans as well as on the glans. They're painless, they don't bother me but I'm still worried. They feel a rough to the touch, they're hard as opposed to being soft.

I visited a GP earlier today but he said he is not sure of what it is. He said its not penile cancer and not lichen sclerosus. He suggested i visit a sexual health clinic as there are specialists there who might be able to tell me what it is.

To provide a little bit more context, I'm in my early twenties and I haven't had sex for a year now (so no STIs). I thought it could be irritation from soap but it's not; I stopped washing the area with soap. I'll be phoning in the sexual health clinic tomorrow but I wanted to see if anybody might know what this is. GP said it might be a cyst of some sort (???).

Cheers!

This is something a Dermatologist may need to help you with - however, due to the Corona virus situation it may be easier to get an appointment at one of the larger sexual health services in your area, or at a GUM Clinic at a General Hospital near to where you live or work
