Penis pain for 4 weeks.

Hello. It began one day upon waking up. I assumed it was a UTI or something. It has that sort of stinging sensation and I figured it would go away on it's own. Four weeks later it's still there, all day every day now with an aching feeling. I had a urinalysis and there bacteria and blood was negative. There was mucus and oxalate crystals, but the doc said my symptoms were not consistent with kidney stones. Maybe that's a red herring. I'm wondering if I somehow injured it from being sexual recently for long periods i.e. a few hours a night. The aching is similar in nature to past experiences with having to much sex etc. I haven't been sexual at all for 4 weeks now, but nothing seems to help. Any ideas?

So, to put it in simple terms, you may still have ‘a waterworks issue’ and the only way you can check whether you can resolve this yourself is to take on board lots of fluids, particularly water, for 2 to 3 weeks to see whether this will ‘flush out’ the issue for you or not. Two litres of fluids per-day is the general recommendation, and this can be a mixture of fluids, but when an issue is present this should be predominately water.
In terms of the sexual related issues, are you currently sexually active, or are you talking about masturbation only … ?
And no, for most people issues like this are not caused by too much sex, there are only circumstances and issues that arise during the sex - whether that be penetrative sex, masturbation only, or a combination of the the two.
