Please anyone out there to chat :-( heart panic again ☹️

ok so im currently seeing a therapist for my nightmare health anxiety however these last few weeks is getting me down i feel exhausted constantly thinking oh my god this is it im going to have a heart attack .... i suffer from chronic pain and knots in my shoulders and back which causes the pain to radiate down my arm jaw etc then the panic sets in :-( im feeling so helpless at the mo and dont want to keep worrying and feeling miserable its not fair on my family they are wonderfully supportive x ive had full blood works chest xray ecgs and am told im fine so why cant i snap out of this hell! im on beta blockers for my anxiety my heart rate resting is between 65/75 bpm and my blood pressure is usually around 121/79 please tell me its all in my head just need some reassurance and a chat xx thankyou all this forum is wonderful

Emma it does sound as though you dont have to worry about your health and impending death. However it isnt that easy to snap out of so dont be hard on yourself. I always hate when people tell me that as it isnt fair. be kind to yourself. Tammy

, emma I went through the exact same thing when I was in my 20s. I had the knots in the back and neck, horrible anxiety and symptoms. I had to go to physical therapy for the back and neck pain. The only thing wrong with me was severe anxiety and stress. that was the cause of the neck and shoulder pain, and also the panic. I have every symptom you can possibly think of that goes along with anxiety. I thought I had some horrible disease, but all my tests were normal. You are fine! Your testing was normal. The reason you keep getting this problem is that the anxiety is taking over which creates more adrenaline and that causes the panic. no symptoms of anxiety are going to hurt you. I know how scary they are but that’s all they can do. And you can overcome that. you Can turn this around and manage your health anxiety a lot better. what and your life is causing anxiety? Is it work? School? Relationships? Try to think about this. Something is causing this tension and stress. Consider speaking with a counselor who can really help you manage this! One thing that’s very important to learn is proper breathing with anxiety. It will totally and completely relax you and you should do it regularly. Proper breathing is the key to reducing your symptoms. search YouTube for something called stop panic attacks now. Then scroll down to the one that says don’t panic. It’s in black letters. She will guide you through it, it’s very short but very effective! also, I regularly listen to very relaxing meditations for anxiety on YouTube. That combined with proper breathing is very beneficial !!! are Are you keeping busy enough? The worst thing to do is sit around and think about this because that increases the anxiety and adrenaline. Do you things that you enjoy enjoy, things that relax you like for take a walk in nature and just take everything in, listen to calming music, take a nice hot bath and breathe. another thing that is very important is the right mental attitude. Even if you don’t feel like it, tell yourself daily that you are positive, grateful, strong, resilient, etc. Negative thinking only makes things worse. I have really turned things around for myself by doing all these things plus getting a little exercise. But start with getting counseling . Remember, you are fine, your heart is fine, you just have to learn how to manage your anxiety. ❤❤❤

Also, get checked for mineral and B12 deficiencies.

Mg, Se, Fe are the main ones to be looked for. Most muscles issues are related to Mg.
