A while ago I saw some small white bumps along my shaft and some on my scrotum. I looked around a bit on the internet and I thought they were Fordyce spots. However they have spread and the ones on my sack have gotten bigger and look a little bit like pimples. The majority of them are at the bases of my pubes. I've also found small white dots around the lip of the head of my penis. Can anyone help, I've had a lot of anxiety over this.
