it reddish and it gets itchy at times just like today . please Sex has been off the table for me since 2 months now . please i need a final solution, i used many ointments , it just keeps getting a new patch when it dries up anytime i peel back the skin when dry.

Hi, it looks like just some irritation.
Remember to use only cotton underwear and try an antifungal ointment.
Looks just fungus.

You need to put more information, but i had these before and it passed with candicort cream in a few days.
