I have these white bumps on my penis can anyone pls tell me what it is i have them for 6 months they don't botter me don't hurt and i didn't have any sexual acyivitty for a year..
What age are you? I am not entirely sure what it is you are referring to, do you mean the tiny white specs of which you have multiples or the larger bumps, of which I can see around 3 or 4?
If so, the largest one is immediately below the corona / rim of the head of your penis, at the very top of your penile shaft?
I would suggest the larger bumps you have could actually be different things - some are simply natural spots that appear on the penis, while the one by the corona could again be something like a Fordyce Spot that has not formed in the usual way - or there may be a skin issue with it.
In this area you need to be really careful to fully dry the skin each time it is wet - so after showering, washing, or after you have been sexually aroused, produce pre-ejaculate or produce semen.
Tiny amounts of moisture that are regularly present can cause problems with the skin
