Red bumpy rash under foreskin (not itchy)

I have had this rash under my foreskin appear overnight and it kinda smells too even straight after I have just had a shower. Can someone please shed some light on the situation? Would be very grateful! I am 20 years old, currently in a relationship.

I have a very similar situation. I am not using any cream just water to wash it. i have noticed this redness for about 2 months now. Let me know if you have any improvements .

Did you recently have unprotected sex, particularly the day before this showed up?

yes i did, literally the night before

You are very likely to have an infection: yeast / fungal if you did vaginal, bacterial if you did anal or received oral - you can have a mix of both if you did a mix of all these. Either get the help of a sexual health service or you can try using an antifungal cream for around 14 days if you only did vaginal .....
