ive had this red spot at the head of my penis for about a week or so. at first it was dry and scaly and after 2-3 days that the dried skin was gone this red spot appeared. at first i thought it might be syphilis but it doesnt look like the syphilis ulcer to me and its not open wound/ulcer. so i put some clotrimazole cream on it for 2 days but didnt see much changes. do i have to visit a GP? its kind ahrd to visit doctor during pandemic. do i need to take a RPR test?
