Red spots on head of my penis that rarely itch, don’t burn or hurt. Sticky, moist foreskin with couple of flaky skin spots. Red rush also on body and chest.

About two weeks ago, I noticed red dots on my chest that later spread to my shoulders, stomach, and back. Then 6 days ago I got sore throat. Finally 3 days ago I noticed red spots on head of my penis and moist, sticky foreskin. It rarely itches - mostly on my body, no pain both on my body and penis. Now, the red spots on penis started disappear and my foreskin is going back to normal. I still have red rush on my body.   

I had unprotected sex, but I think my partner is clean.

This exact symptoms on my penis (no red rush on my body and no sore throat) happened around 11 months ago. At that time I was a virgin. They lasted for 3-5 days and went away with no cure.

What is this and how should I treat it?

It could be just an infection that you got from who knows what but if this keeps happening every once in a while herpes could be a possibility. Or it could be just a rash if the chest is related

If I were you, I would go to a doctor while you are showing these signs not meaning to scare you it looks like genital herpes. Herpes can be itchy or burn or not feel anything at all. The doctor can test you to find out what this is and I believe there's a blood test he can also check you for HPV" human papillomavirus" he can also check you for other STDs so you can get the care you need and protect other people. looks like balanitis. Im gonna lead towards no to herpes because you're getting this on your chest too. People don't get herpes on their chest. Either way u should have a doctor take some swabs and blood tests

You CAN get herpes on your chest. Had a girlfriend that let her boyfriend have sex between her breasts and she got herpes between her breasts. She also knew ahead of time he was positive for herpes. You can get them on your buttocks your thighs it's a very very contagious disease.

Had the same symptoms turned out to be thrush (yeast infection) hope this helps

Looks like candidal balanitis (aka thrush) to me too, with a skin rash on your chest.  If you're still reading this thread John, then could you let if you say a doctor and what they said, or if it just cleared up by itself.

Hey I also have the same symptoms!

It makes me feel sick of cold and sore throat with this little red rashes on my penis not chest

My question is this very dangerous?

Is it very important to goto doctor?

And yes I am only 15 year old didn't had any sex or anything like that I am still virgin

I have had some small very little pain sometimes on my lung area and around the spinal cord as well as ribs

It's not much or anything like that but I am worried tho.

Any help or suggestions?

I had pain in my scotrum but it was come out to be nothing and everything was clear and it went automatically after 3 days and came back and went back

I might get cold because it's very freezing weather here?

Any help suggestions I take too much stress is it normal or dangerous?

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream.  Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.

I had the exact same symptoms and it’s my fourth day w them and it is slowly disappearing I used neosporing once a day evaerday every morning after a shower then cortisone 10, 1%, am over the counter cream twice, once in the morning after the washing the penis and putting the neosporin and at night after following the same routine. It seems to be working well.!

The spots on your torso look just like what I had. Guttate Psoriasis. It is caused by strep throat that is hard to detect. I got it after making out/having sex. My PCP missed it with a throat swab. Only months later, after my body was covered with red bumps/rashes, did a dermatologist at an ivy league hospital run a blood test specifically to detect strep. A low dose long-term treatment of antibiotics and 5-10 minutes of sunlight per day helped them go away.

I can't comment on the bumps on your penis. Those might be a STD.

You may be unlucky enough to have contracted both strep and a std.

I would also like to add that my strep and guttate psoriasis progressed as you described. First, I had a sore throat. It went away. Then, red, scaly spots appeared on my torso. They progressively spread across my upper body, including my back and arms. The bumps stopped below my neck and above my butt fortunately. There was no permanent damage to my skin. The spots became brown (like leopard spots) and eventually went away.

id go and get a hiv check very soon ive had the same symtoms and have not got better ive just had my test done awaiting results
