anyone have any idea what these spots on my penis may be they are flat, they dont itch burn or hurt at all seems like ive had them on and off for the past few months they look like dots when soft but when im erect and stretch the skin it looks like a red blotch

i first noticed after unprotected oral sex started as just a red spot eventually my whole penis turned red and peeled and it got better for about a month and a half and now i noticed those red spots on my glans i noticed it does get worse after a hot shower or after masturbation and i do not have any discomfort in my urethra
Could be related to an infection like ureaplasma/mycoplasma. You should get tested for everything...full sti panel and add on ureaplasma (PCR test), mycoplasma (PCR test), and trich. also do urine culture for UTI.
go to both urologist and dermatologist
i have the Same dermatologist said lichen planus I go ti the derm again this week
