I have red spots/rashes on my penis head which doesnt pain and very mildly itches. After a day the red rash will turn out like white colored open pores(pictures attached)which after washing will turn as red rash again.I had this similar symptoms 4 months back doctor tested for Syphilis which came out negative and was reffered to Dermatologist, he concluded its normal and nothing to worry.
Is this HERPES or any STD ?? I have had protected sex in the past.
