Rough and dry skin on penis, how can I solve this?

Hello there, I have found your forum when i was looking for the solution on the internet. I couldn't find anything so, with your permission, I want to explain it to here. I have a dry skin problem in my penis. When it's erected, there are some little dots, and it's not as bright and shiny as my friend's penis. (Yeah, I asked him for a photo...) I have been using moisturising cream for 1-2 weeks, i have seen a little bit positive effect on it, but i don't think this is the best way the solve the problem. I'm a circumcised, 20 years ago and mostly healty person. I'm doing sports, eating well and dehydrate enough. Thank you so much for reading.

Okay, so the main issue you have is that you are circumcised, this means that it is going to be difficult to achieve healthy sin on the upper-shaft of your penis, whatever you do.
So the little dots are a natural part of your penis. What you can do over a period of months and years is to help your penile skin to eventually become more healthy.
WHAT TO DO: Never apply soap or things like shower gel to your penis. When you shower wash the rest of your body then thoroughly rinse your entire groin region and the penis itself, then fully dry with a clean dry towel.
Get yourself some Liquid Coconut Oil and apply a very light coating after each time you shower and prior to masturbation.
Change will take a long time to bring about so you need to do this consistently from now on
