Skin ear rash leads to scarring tissue

My ears were exposed to the sun, they have rashes and the skin is reddish and wants to cracked up and bleed. Its been a couple of years like this when exposed to the sun sad I even put 100% suncream and it didn't help. I would like to post some pictures. Thanks for reading.

Have you seen a doctor about it?

You need to see a doctor who may give you something specific to the problem. Try to keep out of the sun until this has cleared up,but once healed you may be advised to keep out of the sun or wear a hat to protect your ears. If your doctor thinks your problem needs a specialist he/she can refer you to a dermatologist. Dont neglect this.
