About 3 months ago a white spot appeared on the tip of my penis . Through time the spot got a little bigger and a bit whiter (it went from gray to white). I've only had unprotected oral sex thus far and even that was 8 months ago. But it doesn't come with any pain. Should I go see a doctor?
The whole thing with skin across the human body is it has a mass of imperfections, the genitals are no exclusion from this. If people went to the doctor every time they spotted something like this on the genitalia doctors would have no time to treat anything else.
So if your concern is with the oral 8 months ago then if you were going to get symptoms related to that they would have occurred way before they did.
