Hi, 11 days ago i noticed these small whit spots on my penis tip! theses spots are hard to see unless i pinch/stretch the area where they are! ive been to doctor for tests and a std clinic, tests were all good ! worried about these spots though! any info/advice please

It would be interesting to know what the Doctor said to you about these?! So, just to locate what it is you are referring to, do you mean just to the left of your thumbnail on both pictures?
You are quite sure you have never noticed these at all prior to 11+ days ago? The problem then would be puzzling out just what you have going on, and then dealing with, or eliminating the cause.
With stuff like this I would usually start with looking at what was going on 12 and more days ago that was different to what was regularly occurring for you penis? The starting point, or essential to have in place is a broader awareness of what can potentially cause issues for the head of your penis and your foreskin combined. This means having a hygiene regime that takes into account the broader issues that can lead to skin problems in this area.
On top of this, as most Men are either sexually active, or masturbate, or do both to one extent or another, this also has to be a significant factor, if not least of all, for the amount of friction that is taking place for the skin in this area, plus, the potential exposure to chemicals, such as Lubes of all kinds, condoms and the chemical compounds that many of them contain.
So, it is often a case of going back to basics - no soap when washing, cover the head of the penis with your foreskin when taking a shower, only use Lubes that are natural plant-extract based, such as those containing Aloe Vera, or liquid Coconut Oil on its own
From what I say above, is there anything that comes to mind for you that could be going on …
