been worried as ive got ppp on rim of penis but now i can see some small white spots on penis itself. am i just overthinking everything ? (they do not hurt or anything)
You can get glands and stuff that make white spots on the foreskin, also hair follicles lower down so it is most likely them. Try not to worry too much about it, most things are naturally.

Sometimes you can spend a long time looking for things and over think a lot. I spent a long time doing that and it is awful. If you are really worried then go get it checked out, but if you think you are overthinking then there is a chance that you are. If you can go to the GP or doctor for free then there is nothing to lose, doctors wont mind if it is just you overthinking
