Small bumps on penis shaft and pubic region.

Hello everyone. 

I think about two months ago I noticed two small skin coloured bumps appear on the shaft of my penis, nearer the base. 

They are flesh coloured, approximately 1-2mm and slightly raised. Soft to touch. They appear as slightly larger forcyee spots. They are unpopable and will bleed if squeezed. They do not contain puss.  They’re not itchy and do not cause any irritation or pain. I feel like there are smaller versions of these, about four or five on the shaft of my penis. 

I trimmed my pubic hair two days ago and noticed about four or five around my pubic region just after I shaved. They’re slightly different in appearance as they look similar to small white heads but agin can not be popped and will just bleed. 

I’ve not been sexually active for a year so I feel it’s unlikely to be ge genitle warts however I know these can lay dormant for some time. 

Any ideas would be welcome.

Could just be folliculitis, especially if you shave down there (trimming is safer).  It's hard to say without a pic though.

If you want to add a pic, you need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.
