Small flesh-colored bumps on penis head, is this an STD?

I'm concerned that these small bumps might be the result of an STD. I might have always had these but am not sure.

There is also a small one on the side of my shaft. It might be a papule?

have you had unprotected sex? and if not it appears to be pimples which is nothing to worry about.
