So, i had unprotected intercourse multiple times with the same woman and since then ive been concerned about having STDs or STIs. So today i was looking at my penis checkig for sign of something abnormal at least to my knowledge. I noticed small bumps on the bottom part of the tip/head of my penis. I want to know if its an STD, STI, if so, should i worry about it?
