hello, i hope everyone is doing good. i was wondering what these small rashes on my penis were...i recently had sex with this girl (maybe not the wife material) but i had sex went home and didnt shower that night...til the next morning. when i began to wash my penis i noticed these small red dots on my penis. They itch here and there but theyre not a major itch. it doesnt burn when i pee. and it doesnt hurt to peel back my foreskin. i was wondering if i could get some feedback on this rash. i would really appreciate any help. thank you and have a wonderful day.

You’re experiencing a mild case of punctate balanitis because your (casual) sex partner had thrush. Nothing to worry about and you just need to wash the glans with mild soap and water and it will settle in a few days. Antifungal cream like Canesten (clotrimazole) will also help.
To be safe, get tested for STDs at the next available opportunity.
