Helps anxiety? I'm going to the gym later and wondered if it really does help? The only problem I've been having is feeling tired a lot the anxiety is still there but by me going back to work and pushing myself I feel I am improving. Just wondered if the gym will actually help me ???

Exercise is supposed to be amazing for anxiety.

I have panic attacks, I would recommend cardio something like a Hit workout. Just stay away from pre-workout supplements they will make anxiety worse.

Sometimes gym exercise is too much for people with anxiety

But I believe brisk walks runnung yoga zumba is great for anxiety

Like everything to do with mental health everyone is different.
