There are several things the could be so the only way to be sure would be to get a medical professional to check them
with the current virus going on how would that be possible to get them checked also i am certain its not anything to do with sti/std as i have only been with one person and received oral sex and i know for a fact they have not got sti/std
and when its erect the spot is very visible as you can see in the picture, however when it is not erect the spot is hardly visible and small plus going back to sti/std if it was anything to do with that wouldnt the spots be gone by now or at least burst as they have been here for months
Until you get them verified what they actually are you are dealing with a variety of could be's and as such there is no way of knowing how to treat them or whether to simply leave them well alone .... And yes, I agree they should have developed further and have gone by now
