STD or infected shaving cut? (Pics)

The other day i caught my labia whilst shaving, there was a little blood and it stung but i quickly forgot about it. 3-4 days later i came down with a virus (shaking, aches, fever, viral body rash - just a flat red rash that isnt itchy and disappears when pressed) and whilst dealing with the second day of symptoms i noticed a small bump on the inside of my labia. It is only uncomfotable when touched and it it whitish yellow. Ive started bathing it with a warm flannel three times a day until i can see a doctor and it seems to have gone down a little. I last had sex around 3 weeks ago and the last time i had unprotected sex was just over a month ago (and im almost certain he was totally clean). Is it possible that this could be a shaving cut that got infected, or an STD? This is the only sore type spot i have. Picture 1 is the first day i noticed and picture 2 is a couple of days later. Please help, im panicking so much
