Has anyone experienced these purple dots before on your scrotum?
6 months ago symptoms started of burning when I pee, and I had to go more frequent, and once seen white discharge. Have yet to see blood. 3 months ago my scrotum became really itchy and these bumps appeared.
I've been tested 4 times for STDs and came up negative every time.
My doctor treated the whole thing as a yeast infection. I'm on my second cream and I already tried a oral pill. Apparently I'll be referred to a urologist if this cream doesn't work.
I also ordered a next gen urine test so hopefully when I send that off I'll see what bacteria is causing this as my urine will burn from time to time.
but maybe someone can shed some light on what this may be?
You need to see a Urologist ASP because of the different symptoms you have.
I would suggest you go to one of the major Sexual Health Service providers in the region in which you live, or go to a GU Medicine Service - in the UK these are GUM Clinics, again try to get one of the larger hospital based ones as you are more likely to be able to see a Urologist
